Return Policy

Everything at Seiðr Hus is made in small batches, by hand, with care. Because of the personal nature of our products (and, frankly, how much work goes into them), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we always want you to feel good about what you receive — and we’ll do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email us at [your@email.com] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review the situation and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on what’s appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Oils, mists, and candles (even if unused)

  • Curated Ritual kits

  • Sale items or gift cards
